THE HAY FEVER SEASON could bring danger to drivers from drugs, according to a survey. As many as 44% of motorists who use hay fever medication admitted to sometimes not, or never, checking the instructions to see if their driving ability is affected, the poll by road safety charity Brake and insurance company Direct Line found. And 17% of the 1,000 drivers questioned said they either ignored warnings not to drive while on medication or did not check the labels at all.
The spiritual home of the NAIAS is set to be rejuvenated. The Cobo center in Detroit, home of the North American International Auto Show for over 24 years, is part of a $221 million project that will see it extended and renovated extensively. The Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority have announced that many of the improvements to the Cobo center will be ready for the 2012 NAIAS, although the project is unlikely to be finished until 2014.
Land Rover has introduced a new entry-level Range Rover Evoque for the US with fewer toys and a lower price tag. It’s quite hard to believe that the USA has taken to the Range Rover Evoque considering their love for full size SUVs and their general feeling of unease about the reliability of Land Rover’s products.
